Surprise Me, God

Walking to the tryke stop to get to the office, I was thinking that May is here --- the month of flowers and Mama Mary and Flores de Mayo in the Phil., and Santacruzans. I was even thinking that maybe I could do a coffee table book on Santacruzan fashion.. At the office, things were everyday enough, like they have been for countless days in the past. I was even thinking of doing a half-day , what with the hangover from the May 1 holiday. Nearing lunch-time , I was feeling asphyxiated by the sameness of the day , the Nth to the Nth power ground-hog day..tottering to the PC to surf the net, I couldn't even think of what mind-blowing topic to search....so I tried "the most beautiful places" which was not that mind-blowing ( which indicates how jaded I have become this day)... so I tried next "surprise me", which indicates my desperation ... and the top on the results list was the website www.surprisemegod.com of Terry Esau which features a 'Surprise Me 30-Day Faith Experiment' which seemed 'oxymoron-ish' to me and a 'Surprise Du Jour' section. So I was thinking I would declare this month of May 2008 my 'Surprise Me, God' Month , and wait expectantly for God's action on my prayers and dreams ..... Actually, my 'To-Do list' for this stage of my life are too big and huge for me to do alone, I absolutely need miracles for them to be done ...Thank You Father God,In the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ......
