- Came across this quote from Eric Liddel( Chariots of Fire guy) again : "God make me fast and when I run, I feel God's pleasuret " . I desire and pray that I will be able to say something like that with utmost certainty. I'm tempted to say " God made me an admirer of beauty of nature , of God's creation, and when I create something beautiful, I feel God's pleasure".
