Dec. 28, 2007 .... Last office day of the year ... this should have been a holiday ...my mind simply refuses to function, workwise. Anyway , to continue on blog the gratitude journal I've started last week ---
300. Thank You Father God for the towering tamarind tree along the office road. It is such a lusty tree with spreading branches and its thick mane of leaves .. I find it particularly beautiful in June when light green spring leaves sprout all over its branches and crown above its darkened brown trunk. Reminds me that life just wants to spring out just about everywhere in nature and there's absolutely no reason to despair about anything.
301. Thank You for the balsamic salad dressing and four other types of salad dressing I bought from the Crossings supermarket. I'm trying to upgrade my menu next year and it will definitely be featuring a lot of salads and greens.
302. Thank You for the free Jolibee fried chicken for lunch which I actually ate for merienda, the tuna sandwich, brewed Americano coffee and orange rhum cake for brunch at Java Republic.
303. Thank You for the two pairs of beautiful quality spoons and forks which I bought from Crossings as New Year's gifts for Nancy and myself (trying to upgrade/improve our standard of life even in those little, little things and trying to rid myself of the unreasonable guilt I feel when I buy some better quality and therefore higher-priced items. I need to expand my psychological wallet if I want to receive God's abundance materially in my life.
304. Thank You for the internet time looking at the beautiful photos at flick.com and for this blogging time.
